Welcome!

My name is Pam Killeen. I'm an author, educator and nutrition consultant in London, Ontario. If you're looking for someone to help you reach optimal health, look no further. I've been studying nutrition and natural health for over 20 years and help clients achieve their wellness goals. I work with people individually (in person, by phone or email) but also offer ongoing education through group seminars.
My Program
Under our current healthcare system, over 80% of the population will die from chronic disease. Depression is the leading cause of disability. Primitive cultures, on the other hand, enjoyed robust physical and mental health. What did they know that we don't? Through wisdom, they knew how to maximize their nutritional intake by eating nutrient-dense foods. As such, my goal is to teach you how to integrate these wholesome traditional foods into your diet so that you, too, can enjoy optimal health.
I provide my clients with a unique multidisciplined approach that includes:
- Natural treatment to balance the body and reduce stress
- Nutritional Education
- Nutritional Coaching
- Nutritional Balancing and Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis
- Near-Infrared Sauna Therapy
- Lifestyle modifications, including exercise recommendations
